How Honey Started
Honey was founded in 2024 by a team that had spent over a decade building AI at leading technology companies. Each of us had been personally touched by chronic disease and saw how growing administrative burdens were hurting both providers and patients. We partnered with seasoned healthcare leaders who shared our vision that the back office needed to be re-imagined. Together, we set out to build technology that gives providers more time for care and patients a better experience.
